How To Navigate Hexis

Where to find your daily plan, your trends, and everything in between

Use this article to understand what each of the five tabs in the Hexis app does, so you can find your daily plan, your trends, and your settings quickly.

Getting around the app

Hexis is organised into five tabs along the bottom of your screen: Home, Trends, Add, Recipes, and More. Each tab has a clear job, so you can get to what you need without digging through menus.

Home: your day at a glance

Home is your daily command centre. A timeline brings your meals and training sessions together in one place, so you can see how your nutrition and training fit together across the day.

A horizontal calendar runs across the top - tap any date to jump to that day. For longer jumps, use the month drop-down.

Tap on any meal or workout in your timeline to open it up - from there you can log foods against that meal, or update the details of a workout. See How do I log and track my food in Hexis for how to log, edit, and delete your food entries.

Tap on your energy or macro targets at the top of a meal to open the Nutrients view, where you can see a detailed breakdown of the micronutrients in your day.

Trends: your analytics and insights

Trends is where all your analytics live:

Add: log everything in one place

Add is your hub for logging data. From here you can quickly record body weight, body fat, skinfolds, extra meals, and workouts.

Recipes: find and save meals

Recipes gives you direct access to the full Hexis recipe library. Browse for ideas or save favourites for quick access later.

Master recipes are protein-based and designed to fit a wide range of scenarios - they'll always appear here regardless of any filters you've applied.

More: settings and support

More is your profile hub. It groups everything into focused sections: my profile, account settings, Personalised Nutrition, Sports and Performance, Community, Support, and About.

Instead of one long scrolling profile page, each section has its own focused page.
