Want to see more than just your calories and macros? Hexis breaks your nutrition down to the individual nutrient level every time you log a meal.
Opening the Nutrients view
Go to your Fuel Plan.
Tap the macronutrient and energy bar at the top of the screen.
This opens your full Nutrients view.
What you'll see
Macro overview
At the top, you'll see your macronutrient overview. Tap to toggle between grams and grams per kilogram of body weight, depending on which you find more useful.
In Focus
Below that is your In Focus section - a shortlist of the nutrients that matter most to you, pinned to the top so you don't have to scroll to find them.
Tap Edit to see the full list of trackable nutrients.
Select up to six nutrients to pin to In Focus.
Tap Done to save your selection.
Energy and macronutrients
Scroll down and you'll find your energy intake in both kilocalories and kilojoules, followed by a detailed macronutrient breakdown:
Carbohydrates - broken down into starch, fibre, and sugars, with individual sugars (glucose, fructose, lactose, galactose) tracked separately.
Protein - split by source (animal, vegetable, gluten), plus your full amino acid profile, including BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine) and all essential and non-essential amino acids.
Fats - broken down into saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated fats, with EPA and DHA tracked separately within omega-3, plus conjugated linoleic acid (CLA).
Minerals, vitamins, and phytonutrients
Further down, you'll see your full mineral and vitamin breakdown - including vitamin D2 and D3 tracked individually - along with phytonutrients such as lignans.
Why the detail is there
This level of detail is possible because Hexis runs on a research-grade food database, where every entry is expert-assigned and analytically verified. That means this depth of data is captured automatically each time you log a meal - no extra work needed on your end.
Please note, not all branded foods have this level of information available and as a result the deeper insights beyond macronutrients is not always possible.
